This series of products is a relay module controlled by an industrial RS485 interface. The number of relays can be 8/16/32, using Modbus RTU protocol, with built-in power isolation, ADI magnetic coupling isolation, self-recovery fuse and TVS protection circuits, ABS DIN rail shell design. This product is easy to operate, has the characteristics of fast communication speed, stability, reliability, safety, etc., and can be applied to various industrial control equipment or applications with high communication requirements.
Support setting the device address (1~255), in order to cascade multiple devices through the RS485 bus, with flash open and flash off functions, and the onboard integrated power isolation can be automatically closed by commanding the relay to open for a period of time, which can provide stable Isolation voltage, no additional power supply is required for the isolation end. Onboard integrated ADI magnetic coupling isolation can perform signal isolation, with high reliability, strong anti-interference and low power consumption.
On-board self-recovery fuse and TVS (transient voltage suppressor), which can effectively suppress surge voltage and transient peak voltage in the circuit, prevent overcurrent and overvoltage, lightning protection and anti-static on-board optical isolation, and avoid relay high-voltage circuit interference
Using a dedicated relay drive chip, built-in freewheeling diode protection, stronger and more stable drive capability, on-board anti-reverse connection circuit, to avoid reverse connection of positive and negative poles to burn out the circuit
Using high-quality relays, allowing access to loads: ¡Ü10A250VAC or ¡Ü10A 30V DC rail-mounted ABS protective shell, easy to install and use, safer with a shell
There are 3 external LED indicators for easy viewing of MCU status and signal transceiver status. Only the 32-channel version has an onboard voltage regulator chip and supports 7~36V wide voltage power supply.
